Returns & Exchanges

NT Polocrosse Association strives for high customer satisfaction with our range of Nationals merchandise, however if you have concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us at darwin2026@ntpolocrosse.com.au 

NT Polocrosse offers our customers the following options regarding merchandise  returns and exchanges :

Faulty Goods

If there is a fault with the goods you have purchased we may provide a repair, replacement or ‘remedy’ if goods are faulty, unsafe or not fit for purpose. The type of remedy available depends on the nature of the problem and whether it is considered a major or minor failure. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis so please contact us with any issues.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, the NT Polocrosse Association is not required to provide a refund. On a case-by-case basis and upon assessment, we may offer an exchange.

Return Conditions

  • As goods are purchased online by pre-order and collected at the event, we offer a 7-day return period from the date of collection. 
  • Goods must be in original condition and with original tags/packaging.  
  • Proof of purchase is required at the time of the return. 
  • We reserve the right to reject any items returned in an unsaleable condition.
  • Freight costs for return items are at the buyer expense, with the exception of faulty items.
  • If returning via post, please allow 5 – 10 business days for your return to be processed.
